Please use the instructions to setup the new email in outlook
express.
1.
Open "Outlook Express"
2.
Select "Tools" > "Accounts ..." as
shown in the figure 1.

New window will pop up shown in figure 2.

Click the "Add" button it will open a small menu.
Please select the Mail from the menu.

New window will pop up as shown in figure 3.

Please Enter your name. and press Next button at the bottom
that will leads to figure 4.

Please enter your email address and press Next button.

Please provide POP3 (Incoming mail address) and SMTP (outgoing
mail address) and press next button at the bottom.

Please provide you full email address (email address@domian.com
etc).
10.
Outlook Express will remember your password if you tick the
check box bellow the Password field.

Press the select button at the bottom that will leads to figure

Press the Finish button to complete the setup. this window
will disappear. and figure 8 will appear with your email account.

Please select email account and press the properties button
from right panel (3rd button from top). This will open a new
window as shown in figure 9.

please select the 2nd tab named "Servers". as shown
in the figure 10.

at the bottom of the "Servers" tab, there is a check
box for "My server requires authentication"

please tick that check box as shown in the figure 11.
