security reasons we can only dispatch gadgets to the billing
address specified on the account.
Gadgets
under £25 will be posted 1st Class.
Gadgets
priced £25 - £75 will be posted recorded delivery
and will require a signature on delivery.
Gadgets
priced £75 and above will be posted special delivery
and will require a signature on delivery.
Returns policy
N.B.
Faulty goods have to be returned within 28 days. Please ensure
that you retain the invoice as proof of receipt.
To
return a faulty gadget, please contact our Customer Support
team on 0845 800 1020 for return authorisation.
Please
use the following guidelines for returning your item:
If the value of the item is under £75 please send it
back by RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY.
If
the value of the item is over £75 please send it back
by SPECIAL DELIVERY ONLY.
Please
note: The standard amount of postage refunded for a returned
item is £2. However, should it cost more than this to
be returned a receipt of your postal charges will be required.

and home postcode on the receipt before sending it.

Refunds
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving
it, for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit card
once we have received and processed the item (please allow
up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery
costs if the return is a result of our error.
Testing
We
do test every single return, if a returned gadget is found
not to be faulty by our independent test centre we will return
the gadget to you and you will be liable for the postage charges.
We would advise you to check the gadget and the instructions
thoroughly before returning a faulty item as we will not refund
postage on any items found to be in good working order.

due to postal delays they can take longer. We have to allow
up to 14 days before we are able to start tracing lost parcels,
unfortunately we cannot do anything for you until this time
has expired. Please contact us if you do not receive your
item(s) after this period so we can help to retrieve your
goods. We apologise for any delay.
