As the month starts out, you may think that investing in the most expensive fitness equipment will help you obtain your desired fitness level, especially on the 1st and 2nd, but motivation is the only real tool you need to get into better shape, Gemini. Stretching properly before and after a workout will help you avoid injury on the 8th and 9th, but you may be too scattered to really focus on the proper technique of whatever exercise you're performing on the 10th, 11th and 12th, which could lead to muscle and joint problems. Taking your time is imperative when doing new or complicated movements through the 14th, so if you only have a few minutes to exercise, make sure you do one or two repetitions correctly rather than doing several haphazardly. Cleanliness is a top priority for you on the 18th and 19th, so if you work out at lunchtime, you'll want to take a shower before getting on with the rest of your day, especially if you're headed back to work.
Looking good is what motivates you to work out even though you don't want to on the 22nd and 23rd, but you have more serious, health-related reasons for wanting to get in better shape at the end of the month, especially on the 26th and 27th.
