1. What is an ebook?
An ebook is a digital version of a print book that you download and read. Ebooks can be read on a desktop computer, laptop, PDA, pocket PCs and portable ebook readers.

2. Why should I buy ebooks when I can get the same book in print version?
· eBooks are much cheaper than printed books.
· eBooks are delivered to you within minutes.
· eBooks do not occupy any physical space, which means you can have hundreds of ebooks stored in your computer.

3. Where do I get an ebook reader?
You can download a free ebook reader from our website. Most PDAs and pocket PCs come with ebook readers preinstalled. When browsing the ebooks in our categories, you will see links to download a free reader on the right side of the page.

4. How do I order an ebook?
After browsing our ebooks, please select an ebook that you want to purchase and click on ADD CART. Once the ebook is in your cart, you can continue to browse or click on CHECKOUT which will allow you to complete your order by a secure credit card transaction. Once your order is complete, click on My Library button on the top of the page. You will see a section called My Virtual Library. Click on it and you will see the ebook you purchased ready for download.

5. Are there any shipping and handling charges?
No. After you purchase an ebook, it will appear in your virtual library in all available formats and can be downloaded at your convenience. You can access your virtual library by clicking on My Library button on the top of the page.

6. Can ebooks be returned?
No. Ebooks are not returnable.

7. I purchased an ebook but it did not appear in My Virtual Library. What should I do?
Please log out. Wait for few minutes and log back in to your account. If the ebook you purchased is still not there, immediately contact us at info@Von e-Books Store.com and we will fix the problem as soon as possible.

8. I purchased and downloaded an ebook but can’t open it. What should I do?
Please make sure that you have downloaded the latest version of the ebook reader to your computer. You can download a free ebook reader from the right side of any page of our website, other than the homepage.
